The only child of ’90s music icons Kurt Cobain and Courtney Love turns 19 today. Up until two weeks ago, she had remained relatively quiet and reserved, shying away from the public’s eye. Since, admired fashion photographers Heidi Slimane and Rocky Schenck released private photo sessions with Frances, revealing her sultry yet sad appearance to the public. Unsurprisingly, the session shocked the fashion world.
